We were born out of simple frustration: finding quality care for a senior in the Czech Republic was unnecessarily complicated. We decided to change that.
SrovnejPéči.cz was established in 2024 based on the founders' personal experience, just like thousands of other Czech families, we found ourselves in a situation where we were looking for a suitable facility for an ageing family member. We discovered that clear and objective information about facilities is almost unavailable: retirement home websites are outdated, prices are not comparable, and the application process is confusing for families.
We decided to create a tool that simplifies the entire process. Today SrovnejPéči.cz contains information on more than 1,500 facilities across the Czech Republic and helps thousands of families every month make one of the most important decisions in their lives.
Our ratings and rankings of facilities are transparent. Paid profiles are clearly marked. Families can rely on objective information.
We only display registered facilities according to Act No. 108/2006 Coll. Reviews are verified, and false ratings are removed.
We understand that choosing care is an emotionally demanding decision. We strive to provide information clearly and without unnecessary pressure.
SrovnejPéči.cz is a commercial project funded through paid listings of partner facilities. Basic information about all registered facilities is available free of charge; payment allows us to operate and develop the platform.
No facility can purchase a better rating or hide negative reviews. Search ranking reflects relevance to the specific query, user ratings and profile completeness.
