We process the following categories of personal data:

• Contact details - name, email, phone (when filling in an enquiry or contact form)
• Operational data - IP address, browser type, visited pages (via Google Analytics)
• Form data - information you voluntarily share when enquiring about care or registering a facility

3. Purpose of processing

• Facilitating contact between a senior's family and a care provider
• Answers to questions and communication
• Improving website functionality (traffic analysis)
• Marketing communication (only with consent)

4. Legal basis for processing

Personal data is processed on the basis of:

• Consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) GDPR) - when filling in the form
• Legitimate interest (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR) - operation and security of the website

5. Retention period

We store enquiries and contact details for 2 years or until consent is withdrawn. Operational logs are kept for 90 days.

8. Data recipients

Personal data from enquiry forms are passed to selected partner facilities only to the extent necessary for facilitating contact. Analytical data is processed by Google LLC in accordance with a data processing agreement.
